We ended part two of our in-depth look at harvest with our hops cones picked and separated in our false bottom bins.
Phase three has these bins being rolled into our drying kilns where they spend between 18 and 22 hours being dried down to the desired 10% moisture.
The bins are then brought back into our harvest shed and the false bottoms are dumped, dropping the freshly dried hops cones into the processing area where they await the final phase!
